Dedicated to improving the mental health of SHSID, Psyche aims to promote mental health awareness and to help students cope with stress in healthy ways.
What do we do?:
👀We hold Stress-Down Days to give students opportunities to temporarily leave the stress behind and enjoy the present moment.
👀We work with psychology teachers to hold talks and lectures to give students insights about certain situations and their effects on mental health.
👀We share knowledge about psychology through articles and resource center.
👀We produce video works and studies to promote positive messages.
We make an effort to let students in our school know that they are not alone and that there are people with similar experiences and are willing to help.
